There is a lot of cactus in the park. Lots and lots of cactus.

The Lochness Monster

The Lochness Monster

Alisa and I found this log amusing. Looks like a head sticking out of the sea of grass. This and the next several photos were taken by Alisa on the morning after our cold night.

Frost covered cactus

Frost covered cactus

This is a really neat kind of cactus we saw in the park. Very thin, almost like vines. They all had these red blooms on them.
